The room fell silent, the weight of the moment hanging heavy in the air. I stood before you, my gaze locking onto yours with an unyielding intensity. The words I was about to speak were not those of encouragement or motivation, but rather of harsh reality.

"You are a low-output loser," I began, my voice low and even, yet laced with a coldness that sent a shiver down your spine. "You are unworthy of any real role here." The words cut deep, each one a precision-crafted dagger aimed directly at the heart of your ego.

With a deliberate slowness, I stripped away the title that had once been yours, the very symbol of your perceived worth. The reassignment was a formality, a mere formality to emphasize the new reality. You were no longer what you once were; you were something else entirely.

I took a step closer, my voice dropping to a whisper that sent a chill down your spine. "You are to be placed on the floor at my feet." The words were a declaration of your new status, a stark reminder of your diminished value.

The coldness of my voice was a palpable thing, a physical presence that seemed to wrap itself around you like a shroud. You felt the drop in status, the sudden and crushing realization of your own inadequacy. The air seemed to vibrate with the weight of your failure, every insult and every harsh word echoing through the chambers of your mind.

I stood there, my eyes never leaving yours, as you slumped beneath the weight of your own insignificance. The floor beneath your knees was a cold, hard reminder of your new place in the world. You were no longer a valued member, no longer a player in the game of life. You were nothing more than a failure, a low-output loser who was only good for one thing: being reminded of your own worthlessness.

The silence that followed was oppressive, a heavy blanket that suffocated all sense of self-worth. You were trapped in a world of your own making, a world where you were nothing but a footnote in the grand tome of your own failures. And I was the one who held the pen, who dictated the terms of your existence.

The performance review was over, the verdict delivered. You were now free to choose: cringe and beg for scraps from the table of my mercy, or buy the DVD of your own demotion and recognize your place in the world. The choice was yours, but know this: I would not pretend that you were anything but a failure. I would not sugarcoat the harsh reality of your own inadequacy. You were a low-output loser, and that was all there was to it.
